Neymar, After Renewing With PSG: "I'm Sure We Will Win The Champions League"

Ended speculation. Neymar stays. He extends his contract with PSG until 2025 and swears loyalty to a club that has grown since his arrival but still lacks a step to realize the challenge set by the Brazilian when he landed within the Parque de los Príncipes: the Champions League . He spoke that and more after the signing of his renewal within the official media of the French club.

I am very happy, very happy to remain in Paris. the reality is that i'm very happy to remain here for several years, to participate within the club's project, to win titles, to form our biggest dream come true, which is that the Champions League. that's why i'm happy to remain at the club, to be a part of its history and to increase my contract.

Reasons to renew:

The first reason I made this decision is just happiness. it's a joy to be a part of this group, this team, Paris Saint-Germain. then in fact there's the affinity that I even have created with the club, the work we do a day, the players who are on the squad today and a superb coach who will undoubtedly help us. of these things cause you to believe even more within the project.

How Neymar has changed:

In 4 years I even have changed tons , I even have learned tons . Things also happened that ought to not have happened. We had fights, some sad moments, but the evolution within the club has been great. i'm happy, proud to be a part of the history of Paris Saint-Germain. i feel I improved as an individual , as a person's being and also as a player. So i'm very happy to increase the contract, to be a part of the history of Paris and that i hope to place even more trophies within the showcase of the Paris Saint-Germain

Neymar renews with PSG. He won't roll in the hay until 2026 as rumored, but until June 30, 2025. The Brazilian thus seals his continuity within the Parisian team and hush up the rumors that placed him faraway from Paris and shut to FC Barcelona.

Not even the big disappointment of being eliminated within the semifinals of this edition of the Champions League has changed his intentions. For months now, PSG had put a replacement contract on the table, but the Brazilian wanted to attend until this moment to stamp his signature and thus remain linked to a Parisian club that must lift the Champions League.

With Neymar on the boat it'll be somewhat easier. allow us to remember that the previous Barça player ended his accept June 2022 and, if an agreement for his renewal had not been reached, the club was practically obliged to sell him this summer so as to form money.
